At Eve Jewells, we want you to be completely delighted with your demi-fine jewelry. We understand that sometimes, things don't go exactly as planned, and we've created a customer-friendly policy to make returns and exchanges as seamless as possible.
We offer a 2-day return and 10-day exchange policy because your happiness with your Eve Jewells purchase is paramount.
If Your Package Arrives Damaged:
In the rare event that your Eve Jewells package arrives in poor condition or appears to have been tampered with during delivery, please refuse to accept the package. Kindly return it directly to the delivery person. Immediately after, please email us at support@evejewells.com, including your Order ID in the email.
We will personally take care of this and ensure a brand new replacement is dispatched to you at absolutely no additional cost.
Returns:
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Eve Jewells piece, you may initiate a return request within 2 days of receiving your order.
To begin a return:
Log in to your Eve Jewells account on our website. If you don't have an account yet, you can easily create one using the same email address you used when placing your order.
Navigate to your Order History and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
Choose the Return option and follow the prompts to submit your request.
Please note:
Return requests cannot be accepted through email, social media chat, or phone calls. Using your account ensures a streamlined and efficient process.
We will arrange one complimentary pickup from your doorstep. If, for any reason, you miss the scheduled pickup, you will be responsible for self-shipping the product back to us.
If you are returning only part of a multi-item order, any applicable discounts applied to the non-returned items will be recalculated, and the refund amount adjusted accordingly.
If you are unable to return your shipment within 48 hours of raising the return request due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund may not be possible. In such cases, we may offer a credit note instead, at Eve Jewells' discretion.
Always obtain a receipt (physical or digital message) from the courier when you hand over your return. This receipt is your proof of return in case of any shipment issues.
Refunds will be processed within 4-7 business days after we receive the returned product at our warehouse in Pune and successfully complete a quality check.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and other reasons, certain items are not eligible for return or replacement unless they arrive damaged:
Products with physical damage not due to initial shipping issues.
Products that have been altered or resized at your request (e.g., rings with "fall").
Customized or personalized jewelry made specifically for you.
Return or exchange requests made after 48 hours from the delivery date.
Products that are made-to-order based on customer specifications.
Exchanges:
We offer a 10-day exchange policy if you wish to exchange your Eve Jewells piece for a different item.
To initiate an exchange:
Log in to your Eve Jewells account (or create one if needed, using the order email).
Go to your Order History and select the relevant order.
Choose the Exchange option and follow the instructions.
Important Exchange Information:
Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
We will arrange a complimentary pickup of the item you wish to exchange.
Once we receive and process your returned item, we will ship your requested exchange product within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges are not possible for customized jewelry.
Exchanging for a Higher Value Item: If you choose an exchange item of a higher value, we will provide you with a coupon code for the value of the returned item. You can use this code during checkout and pay the difference for your new selection.
Exchanging for a Lower Value Item: If you select an exchange item of a lower value, we will ship your new item, and the balance amount will be issued to you as a credit note.
Exchanged items are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.
Discounts are not applicable to exchange orders.
